Today’s workout:

Run outside – 6.89km/5:29/37:51min

It was absolutely gorgeous out tonight. I got home early from work and not only was it still a decent temperature it was still quite bright out – none of this “sun 3/4 set” crap. We’re making progress – spring is coming!

My brother shared an article with me yesterday, so I thought it would be a good little tidbit to share with all of you. It’s quite important when you think about it: if you’re running a race, and planning on running it well, make sure you sign up for the darn thing. Lord knows, you don’t want to end up like this poor dude. How much would that blow? A lot, in my honest opinion.

My favourite long running tights were in the wash tonight, so I pulled out a pair of my trusty capris and used a pair of soccer socks over top to cover the bare part of my leg. Genius if I do say so myself. I tried to take a photo to share my rediculousness with you but apparently a timer can create a blurry photo. How does that even happen? Seriously. Come on Canon.
