BodyFlow class – 1hour
I must say, this decision to take a BodyFlow class every Monday night was superb. I mean, I’m gonna give myself some credit here – genius;)
After a couple long runs, it’s the perfect fix – a full body stretch, while throwing in some core work. And it’s just nice to do something a little different…and not quite so high impact!
If you can throw in a Pilates or Yoga or Flow class where you can I don’t think you’ll regret it. Actually I’m pretty positive you’ll start to feel and see a difference – especially during your runs. Try one out – you have nothing to lose.
