Today’s workout – BodyFlow 1 hr
Note to self: ALWAYS stretch after a run. ALWAYS. Especially when that run is 21km. In the craziness that ensued following yesterday’s race, I didn’t find time to stretch. Actually that’s a lie…I could’ve found the time, I just didn’t. SO, needless to say I woke up hurting extra much.
I did my usual Flow class tonight to help stretch out my muscles, and I’m starting to feel a bit better. That said, I’m typically the most sore on the second day after. So we will seeeeeee!
